Take A Stroll
Sitting in the same chair all day WILL drain you! Get up and move around, go outside for a walk, take a breath of fresh air, and I guarantee you will be that much happier.
Positivity Goes a Long Way
A 9 to 5 that gives you time to think in your head can be dangerous or pleasing. Getting yourself in a negative rut can be hard to get out of. Think positive thoughts, instead of “why am I here?” “why do I still work here?”, think “I’m alive today” or “let me write down a plan to get to where I want to be.”
