Everybody is not lucky enough to have time solely for themselves, spend most of the day stressing about things out of their control, and never find the time to relax. Little do they know, relaxing your mind and focusing it on yourself for at least 10 minutes a day can do so much for your mental and even physical health. There are multiple studies showing the benefits of meditation and how important it is to our daily routines. Meditation greatly reduces stress, helps clear your mind, and increases our capacity to find ourselves within the world we live in.
